The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-round contest which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the two fighters met personally to promote next month's boxing match.
Former twice world title holder Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather attacked ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving massive earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and asserted he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly in the works for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual confrontation, with their size difference evident, it emphasized just how improbable this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is really happening.
